On this photoshoot my goal was to get better quality photos of waterfowl, and play around with getting three-dimentionality in my images.

I would ordinarily have cropped this image of a Common Goldeneye so tight that you wouldn't see the background, but today I waited for it to move in front of the Goldenears Mountain to add more of interest to the photo.
And here I decided to use the rocks to add dimensionality.

OK, I couldn't help but crop a few of these tight.
